Hull in talks to sign Union Berlin forward

According to multiple reports, Hull City have opened talks with 1. FC Union Berlin over a potential move for Ilyas Ansah.

1. FC Union Berlin forward Ilyas Ansah could be heading to England before the transfer window closes in just over a week.

According to the BBC and Sky Germany, Hull City are in talks with Union Berlin over a move for the 21-year-old.

Sky Germany reports that Hull have offered €22 million including bonuses for Ansah, with the English club already in advanced negotiations with the striker, who is keen on the move.

The 21-year-old joined Union from Paderborn for a reported €4 million fee last summer and impressed during his first season in the Bundesliga.

He has scored five goals and provided three assists in 37 appearances for Union so far.
