Celtic throw away four-goal lead to crash out of Champions League against LASK

Celtic have been eliminated from Champions League qualifying after collapsing spectacularly against LASK of Austria.

Callum McGregor put Martin O’Neill’s side ahead on 22 minutes at Raiffeisen Arena, creating a four-goal aggregate cushion, after a 3-0 home win last week.

But goals from Moses Usor, Robert Ljubicic, Samuel Adeniran and Florian Flecker forced extra-time. Adeniran’s second goal of the night sealed Celtic’s fate, before he had a penalty saved by Celtic’s Viljami Sinisalo.
